JOB INTRODUCTION:
The successful candidate will administer company policies and procedures and ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction through effective maintenance of system and continuous improvement.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:
Effective management of the Office
- Arrangement of meetings and diary management
- Ensure filing and records are kept up to date
Effective administration of company and site policy and procedures
- Capturing and recording data on ERP systems
- Maintenance of records and files
- Placement of orders within ambit of policy and procedure
Effective administration of reporting function
- Compilation of reports as per job requirements
- Timely submission in accordance to deadlines
Adhoc duties as delegated by the Contract manager

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Minimum Qualification
- Matric (High Schooling certificate) with a Diploma in Office Administration
- 2 years experience in an Administrative role
Knowledge Skills and Attributes
- MS Office – Computer skills
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Attention to detail
- Ability to deliver on set objectives and support and work with others
- Deliver great customer service
- Dealing with changing circumstances
- Acting Professionally
