experience and qualifications

  • Grade 12.
  • 1-2 years relevant experience.

    • Handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional, mature, discreet and secure manner.
    • Be able to communicate well in English and Afrikaans, written and verbal. German and other languages will be an advantage.
    • Good attention to detail.
    • Be able to plan and manage tasks in order to meet all relevant deadlines.
    • Strong people and organisational skills.     responsibilities

    • Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.
    • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.
    • Maintenance of all administrative processes for the departments operational activities.
    • Actively takes on additional responsibilities as and when required by the team to support the delivery of excellent customer service.
    • Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members.
    • Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
    • Provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure accuracy in the functional area.
    • Prepares administrative documentation as required by management.
    • Sets up and maintains accurate filing systems.
    • Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
    • Set up and maintain filing systems for the business unit to ensure efficient service is provided.
    • Maintenance of all administrative processes for the departments operational activities.
    • Provide timeous and accurate Management Information.
