POST: ADMIN OFFICER: HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATION
REF NO: PT10/09/2018
SALARY: R242 475 per annum (Level 07)
CENTRE: Bhisho

 

PURPOSE:
To render administrative and office support services to the Human Resource Administration Services, Organisational Development and Human Resource Planning Directorate.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Three year Degree (NQF level 7) or National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Office Administration or Relevant Certificate of RPL (as assessed and awarded by a recognised institution of learning, with a minimum of 120 credits at NQF Level 6) in Office Administration any other related qualification coupled with a Minimum of two years experience in administration environment.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of PERSAL will be an added advantage.

Render the Implementation of Employee Service Benefits:Facilitate the timeous processing of applications and payment of employee service benefits on termination of service e.g. housing allowances, long service recognitions, pensions and leave gratuities.Capture / approve leave advices on PERSAL, audit leave credits and amend leave accruals.
