REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification). Recommendations: None. Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Legislative framework governing the Public Service; Clerical duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate a computer and collecting statistics; Working procedures in terms of the working environment; Communication (written and verbal) skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape; Proven computer literacy; Sound organising and planning skills.

DUTIES: Render general clerical support; Provide supply chain clerical support services within the component; Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component; Provide financial administration support services within the component.
