A job opportunity exists for the right candidate in Road Lodge Centurion
Educational requirements:
- Grade 12 / Equivalent.
Experience:
- Front Office / Reception experience advantageous.
Scope & Purpose:
To undertake all Reception and / or Night Audit functions and other duties as required by Management. To welcome and register guests on arrival. Answer telephones and deal with queries and requests. Check guests out on departure. To take reservations and sell rooms and complete various aspects of front office administration as directed. To ensure that courteous and efficient service is provided to guests and suppliers in line with the Company’s vision, values and fundamentals.
