MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: A Senior Certificate. 1-2 years’ experience in administration will be advantageous. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Administration, organisational and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy (Ms Word, Excel and Outlook).

 

VIEW: TRAFFIC OFFICER (17 POSTS)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: The provisioning of effective administration support. The management of personnel matters. Assist with financial management and provisioning matters. Deal with correspondence and client services; Processing of documents as well as rendering support function to supervisory personnel and to assist in the daily operations of the unit; Filing, data capturing, record keeping and reporting. Handling of queries to contracts.
