Requirements :

Grade 12 or equivalent

Valid driver’s license (code 08)

Systems knowledge advantageous

Organized and systematic with a high level of accuracy

Ability to work shifts (weekends and public holidays

Good telephone etiquette

Own reliable transport

Skills Required:

Deal effectively, openly and positively with customers

Ensuring customer needs providing the highest level of quality to all customers.

Assist with pre and post vehicles checks

Delivering and collecting vehicles from clients

Compiling accurate and correct customer rental information, e.g., driver’s license, customer detail sheet,

Correct method of payment

Able to work within a team

Close all rentals on Ragga device

Capture all damages on Ragga device

Completing Claim forms upon termination of vehicles with clients

Ensuring fleet in prepped for the day’s operations

Inventory to be done on a daily basis with the Ragga device

Cleaning and refueling of vehicles

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to show initiative

Ability to work under pressure

Well-groomed and presentable

Self-motivated, reliable and confident

Good communication skills (both written and verbal)

Meticulous / pay attention to detail

Computer literate – excel/word/outlook

Basic knowledge of different vehicles (automatic and manual)
