SALARY : R257 508 – R303 339 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to sign
a performance agreement.

REQUIREMENTS : A 3 year National Diploma in Office Administration/ or Office Management any other
relevant equivalent qualification (NQF6); 1 year experience in Administrative work
or relevant experience; Sound knowledge of Human Resource, Financial
Management, Budget control, Asset and Facility Management, Supply Chain
Management; Demonstrate sound understanding of the PFMA, Treasury
Regulations, DFI, BAS, SCM guidelines and other related prescripts; A valid
driver’s license. Skills and Competencies: Interpersonal skills; Problem solving
skills; Motivating solving skills; Planning and organizing; Computer literacy (MS
Office); Communication skills (written and verbal); Accuracy and attention to
DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Provide administrative support services; Facilitate the
procurement of goods and services; Manage and control flow of documents;
Control financial resources by checking all expenditures, balancing the budget and
coordinate expenditure to line items.
