Counter Clerk, Transmission

Sells the organisation’s merchandise according to agreed targets. Effectively displays the entire range of stock on hand and maintains the housekeeping of the stock and fittings.

Requirement

• Grade 12 or NQF 4
• Mathematics a requirement
• Previous experience in sales of parts will serve as recommendation (Bearings, chain, links, ect.)
• Valid driver’s licence
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Orientation towards marketing and client service
• Team orientated
• Willing to undergo continuous training

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock control: receiving, GRV’s, ordering and dispatcing correct quantities at correct pricing
• Customer service and Marketing of products
• Answering incoming calls
• End of day duties, cash-up and banking according to company procedures and policies
• Ensure tidy and profesional working environment.
• Other ad-hoc job related duties
