About the Retail Frontline Programme

Are you looking to gain invaluable work experience and learn sought after industry skills that could potentially jump start your career in the dynamic world of retail? The Retail Frontline Programme upskills unemployed matriculants to become work ready, preparing them for starter and entry level positions in stores, distribution centres and financial services.  The two-week work readiness programme is made up of one week of life skills education followed by one week of hands-on work experience in exciting retail environments. The Retail Frontline Programme takes place around South Africa and spaces are limited. While Jump Start won’t guarantee you a job, successful Jump Starters gain credible work readiness experience that employers are looking for.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE MET

Applicants must be:

• Matriculated
• Between 18 – 33 years old
• Unemployed South African citizen
• No criminal record
