SPAR Job Opportunity 2021
This is a year to year developed opportunity for 1 month targeted at unemployed youth to learn skills and competencies to become employable in our Retail Stores. The December Temporary is one of the first social compacts between government, business and labour created to give one million youth with a tertiary qualification a learning opportunity to gain exposure to the world of work.
Learning Objectives, Modules & Outcomes
- There will be generic & unit standard aligned modules that the learners will go through in the following departments;
- Bakery
- Butchery
- Good Food Fundi
- HMR
- Plumbing
- Bean Tree
- GRV
- At the end of the programme, learners will have developed the competencies to work in stores however, there is no guarantee of permanent placement.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10
- CV and ID Copy
Package and Remuneration
The program starts on 2021. The Temporary vacant will end on 2022 and stipend of R3500.
