Purpose Statement
To provide Business Bank clients with excellent end to end Internet Banking experience by providing technical telephonic support ensuring that processes and procedures are adhered to and processing internet banking administration.
Experience
Minimum:

  • 2 yrs work experience in a client focussed or call centre type environment
  • Dealing with customer enquiries.

Ideal:

  • Experience in a financial or banking environment
  • Basic technical/systems knowledge and experience

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational in Grade 12 National Certificate
  • Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
  • A relevant tertiary qualification

Knowledge

Minimum:

  • General office administration

Ideal:

  • Chat bot channels of communication
