KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Booking of Workshop repairs
Preparing quotations for cash repairs in the workshop
Checking on outstanding workshop repairs
Updating contact System
Ordering of Spares
Assisting with refurb credits and Invoicing
Follow up on service exchange deliveries and Pod’s
Liaising with the workshop technicians on repairs
General housekeeping of the workshop and refurb center
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric or equivalent qualification
N3 – N6 Electrical Certificate
Computer Literacy
Good communication skills
Technical background in domestic appliances preferable
