This position will report to the HR Business Partner

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with talent sourcing and identifying exceptional minds for the Customer Service environment;.
  • Support the recruitment & selection process from job posts to managing interview schedules using the online recruitment tool;.
  • Support the onboarding process which includes drafting of contracts, gathering new starter data, ensuring first day readiness, induction etc.;.
  • Coordinate payroll submissions and checks to ensure accurate and timeous delivery
  • Provide timeous and relevant HR management information.
  • Manage resignation process and ensure leavers adhere to company policy;
  • Maintain accurate records of employee information and ensure all relevant documentation is recorded on the drive and on Payspace;
  • Ensure all employee systems are kept up to date;
  • With support from the HR Administrator coordinate onboarding and resignation process and ensure leavers and new starters adhere to company policy;  .
  • Ensure all employee systems are kept up to date;
  • Support all employee relations processes with templates, documentation, scheduling and updating the employee relations database;
  • Provide monthly reports to the HRBP and CSM’s as required;
  • Manage ad hoc projects from time to time;
  • Provide general administrative support to the HRBP and HR Practitioner.
  • Manage HR expenses, track invoices and follow up on payments
  • Assist staff with day to day queries;
  • Involved in and drive festive recruitment initiatives and processes such as open days, interview schedules, new starter administration and onboarding

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Min. 2 years HR experience in a customer-centric, retail or e-commerce environment
  • Completed or studying towards an HR diploma/degree
