To deliver service excellence through efficient customer service, point of sale (POS) operational activities and merchandising in store that leads to a positive customer experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Objectives:
To proficiently manage all operational functions at the point of sale in a timely and effective manner.
To ensure a high degree of precision when scanning items and handling payments for purchases, including the application of clubcard rewards.
To maintain the secure handling of cash consistently.
To diligently promote the Clicks’ clubcard and to enroll new members to fulfill the clubcard participation goals.
To provide exceptional customer service by serving as a brand representative, remaining accessible, and delivering a courteous and professional experience.
To align with the Group’s vision of becoming the preferred health and beauty retailer for customers by embodying and promoting the company’s values.
To ensure comprehensive knowledge of products, collections, promotions, and events to consistently offer accurate information to customers.
To ensure the provision of accurate information to customers at all times, it is important to remain knowledgeable about products, ranges, promotions, and events.

EXPERIENCE:
Desirable: experience in a customer facing role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment
EDUCATION:
Essential: Grade 12
Desirable: Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level
