Fashion Stylist

Our Content & Editorial team is focused on creating the most engaging and innovative content for rival international brands and our style team is an integral part of bringing that vision to life. We’re building a team of visual leaders who are not just the most stylish bunch in the office, but also always wondering what the future looks like and consistently implementing innovation.

You’ll work closely with the Style Lead and

Producer in executing the highest quality visual content for a remarkable omni-channel experience. That means being equipped with the ability to conceptualise and execute art direction and styling of anything from editorial lookbooks to campaigns, from end to end.

You’re more than a do-er, you’re a visionary – your visual treatments and mood boards are strategic solutions to campaign briefs. We need you to make it beautiful, but make it smart!

You’re a natural picture person, so you’ll source the best cast, locations, and yes – clothes – for each campaign.

When you’re on set you’re the captain of the ship, guiding photographers, models, hair stylists, and makeup artists to port… And having fun on the way.

Love is in the detail! We sweat the small stuff and obsess over improving our process and outputs so we’re always thinking, planning, and actioning best practices.

You’ll need to have a deep understanding of trends, designers, and brands and stay on the pulse of the creative scene through research.

Twitter does count as research 🐦

It’s not all creative though – your administration skill is important in coordinating the delivery and return of products within deadlines and doing recons among other things.

You’ll need to manage your time effectively to ensure you meet tight deadlines and proactively navigate around possible roadblocks.

You have 3+ years of experience in editorial + commercial styling for stills and video.

We do not rely on qualifications but a bachelor’s degree in fashion, media or any relevant field is a bonus.

An eye for visual composition and proportion

Commercial awareness includes a good knowledge of designers, brands, and trends

The ability to meet deadlines

An excellent work ethic and can-do attitude

An exceptional eye for detail

One last thing! Sometimes shoots will need you to be flexible with your time. That means working on weekends, early mornings or late nights.

Brand Manager

Our Brand Experience team is focused on building a brand for the future, creating communities and driving creativity. As part of our growing team, you will be responsible for strategising, building, managing, and optimising various projects across categories and in partnership with multiple brands, stakeholders and divisions.

1) build advanced strategies and experiences with a lot of underlying complexity and

📂So what does a day in your life at TFG Labs look like

Develop and launch go-to-market campaigns to drive wider brand and product adoption within our ecosystem and beyond

Plan, brief, implement and monitor marketing campaigns and activity in collaboration with various cross-functional stakeholders.

Plan, brief, and implement relevant brand activations via store events, sponsorships, ambassadors, and partnerships.

Generate and report on customer and competitive insights to inform decision-making.

Coordinate and implement PR, Influencer, Social, and owned media strategy to deliver on objectives alongside/in collaboration with agencies and internal team members.

Act as brand guardian for our platform brand, all comms are aligned to the style guide and brand tone/position.

Develop and manage the marketing calendar, and proactively communicate progress and updates.

Project manage the rollout of branded omni-channel touchpoints including packaging, in-store collateral, fleet branding, etc.

Conduct relevant reporting activities to measure the efficiency and commercial success of campaigns

Manage budgets and costs within agreed measures

Collaborate with product and content teams to align releases and campaigns with marketing activity, supporting support key moments throughout the year

🧰 Skills you already have:

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or equivalent

4+ years of experience in the field of Brand Marketing / Digital Marketing

Background in e-commerce or omni-channel retail is a plus

Ability to be agile and effective

Project management and coordination expertise

Strong understanding of the various marketing/media channels (online, offline, social media, influencer)

Strong analytical skills

Team player comfortable with leading multiple projects with different stakeholders while acting as an owner and facilitator.
