OUTPUTS:

  • Enforcing company motor vehicle policy and procedures
  • To Increase internal customer relations/ control /interaction to line managers
  • Control and termination of vehicles(follow up on driver miss-use charges)
  • Monthly reports (excel spread sheets)
  • Controlling/terminating vehicles over contract
  • Dispatching of new vehicles
  • Keeping track of driver and cost centre changes.
  • Initiate vehicle capex’s process three months before vehicle expires
  • Communication (verbal and written)
  • Communication to line managers
  • Re-direction of traffic fines.
  • License and registration of vehicles/trailers
  • Accept responsibility of been a company Proxy representative
  • Distribution of license disks
  • Follow up with accidents /documentation
  • Redirection of maintenance charge out to managers.
  • Ensure capex’s are completed correctly with relative documentation
  • Scan traffic fines to Avis Fleet
  • Create PR’s for business
  • Any fleet adhoc requirements

REQUIREMENTS OF CANDIDATES:

Minimum Required Qualification

  • Matric
  • Excel
  • Certificate /Diploma in Road transport

Minimum Required Experience

  • Minimum r
  • Familiar with Leasing of vehicles
  • Technical/ mechanical back ground is an advantage
  • Attention to detail(admin)
