Purpose Statement
- To provide specialised dispute support within the Issuing function.
- To provide support to the cardholder network as part of the back-office function of Business Support (BSC).
Experience
- Minimum:
- 2 years’ banking experience
- Ideal:
- 2 years’ Issuing and/or Acquiring experience in a banking environment
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
- Certification in Finance or Office Management and Technology / Office Administration
Knowledge
- Minimum:
- Customer care and service protocol
- Financial and administration principles
- Ideal:
- Banking systems such as; Postilion Office and Banks
Skills
- Communications Skills
- Business writing skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Problem-solving skills
