DUTIES: Maintain an effective and efficient messenger service. Delivery and collection of documents in and around the DPP office. Delivery and collection of mail at 25

 

the post office. Open and register parcels and mail. Collect, record and distribute correspondence using the approved file plan for the office.

Following the interview and technical exercise, the selection panel will recommend candidates to attend a generic managerial competency based assessments (in compliance with the DPSA Directive on the implementation of competency based assessments). The competency assessment will be testing generic managerial competencies using the mandated DPSA SMS competency assessment tools. A valid driver’s license will be a requirement where applicable. NB!
