- Matric or equivalent
- Two years’ experience in Administrative environment.
- Willingness to work overtime/Saturdays when required
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Self motivated.
- Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English).
- Able to cope in a fast paced environment.
- Interpersonal and customer orientated skills.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, honest and punctual.
- Investigate POD’s and stock related queries for all Key accounts.
- Liaise with clients with regards to outstanding POD’s and claims
- Capture claims on system
- Evaluate and process previous period claims
- Ensure and maintain a record keeping system for auditors
- Maintain company procedures
- Daily Banking, Reconciliation of petty cash
- Create and receipt purchase orders
- Capture supplier invoices
- Ensure the successful implementation of 20 Keys in the workplace.
